Recovering from POLC’07
March 20th, 2007By IPDI
The Politics Online Conference was a huge success. The two-day conference was filled with the industry’s best and most cutting edge. We can’t wait to start blogging about all that we learned.
But first, we rest. Over the next week, we will gather our videos and make our podcasts, and post them all here so you can download them and share.
In the mean time, a bunch of our friends who came to the conference blogged about their experience:
- Alex Clover from the Bivings Report shares his highlights
- Anne Broache from CNET recaps the keynote address from Google’s Elliot Schrage
- e.politics breaks down Google, too
- For our Spanish readers, a recap
- Jerome Armstrong follows up from his discussion about R&D on MyDD
- PGreenblog looks at CRM and Salesforce.com
- Jose Antonio Vargas went to our online video panel and wrote this in Saturday’s Washington Post
- That article featured online video critics James Kotecki and Jeff Jarvis, who met up with each other at POLC and made this video.
- Susan Finkelpearl of Free Range Studios recaps the mobile technology panel discussion on e.politics
- Patrick Ruffini posted this video of his panel discussion with Chuck Defeo, Joe Trippi, Jerome Armstrong, and Chuck Todd
- Doug Kurkul, the vice president of member communications and marketing services for the National Association of Manufacturers, came to the conference and blogged about that panel, too.
- Jeff Jarvis‘ take on that panel
- NPR’s recap is available here
- PoliticsOnline blogged from the conference
- Chattablog jots down her thoughts during the data management panel
- Global Viking notes his conference experience
More to come soon as we continue to compile all of the coverage from the weekend. And make sure to check out the official blog from the conference, which has blog reports from all the major conference panels and the Vlog reports that were made throughout the conference.
